Wialon modules for your tasks
The Wialon platform and the applications that go with it are developed by Gurtam. GPS.az selects the equipment, connects it, configures it and supports it afterwards. Below is which of these is a separate application, which is a function of the platform and which is our own package of settings, and where each module has its limits.

Wialon is a monitoring platform from Gurtam. Some of the modules are separate Gurtam applications that connect to a Wialon account; others are functions of the platform itself. GPS.az does not develop these products: we select the equipment, connect it, configure it, train your people and support them. The licensing terms are set out in the quote.
| On this site | What it is | Developer | What GPS.az does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wialon Hecterra | A separate application for recording field work | Gurtam | Implement sensors, field boundaries, the implement directory, training |
| Wialon Eco-Driving | A function of the Wialon platform (Eco Driving) | Gurtam | Tracker calibration, criteria profiles, reports and the ranking |
| Wialon Fleetrun | A separate application for recording servicing and repairs | Gurtam | Migration of the reference data, intervals to match your schedule, training for the engineers |
| Wialon Fuel Management | Our package: the standard Wialon fuel functions plus fuel level sensors | The functions — Gurtam; the package — GPS.az | Fitting and calibration of the fuel level sensors, filtering, thresholds, reports |
| Wialon Delivery | The Logistics application, for deliveries | Gurtam | Order import, statuses, training for dispatchers and couriers |
| Wialon NimBus | A separate application for public transport | Gurtam | Routes, stops, timetables, planned-against-actual reports |
| Wialon Lease Control | A set of Wialon functions for leasing | The platform — Gurtam | Concealed fitting, immobiliser relays, geofences, access rights |
Wialon Hecterra
Records of worked hectares, of the crop rotation and of fuel use per hectare. The area is worked out from the track inside the field and the working width of the implement.
“ We count hectares and litres of diesel to the first decimal place. It paid for itself in a single season. ”
It confirms where the implement went and how many hectares it covered, but not the quality of the agronomic operation. Without a sensor reporting that the implement is actually working, simply driving across a field can be counted as work done.
Wialon Eco-Driving
Driving style is scored on harsh braking, harsh acceleration, cornering and speeding. The driver ranking is the basis both for reviewing incidents and for a bonus scheme.
“ Once eco-driving was in, the drivers started driving more carefully. Six months on, not a single accident that was our fault. ”
A tool for training and management, not a guarantee that accidents will fall. The system does not see what is happening on the road, so disputed events are reviewed by hand.
Wialon Fleetrun
A digital service book for the chief engineer. Servicing planned by actual mileage or engine hours, job requests, records of costs and of the service cost per kilometre.
“ We used to spend 12 hours a week recording engine hours by hand. Now the report arrives automatically every Monday. ”
How accurate the service forecast is depends on correct mileage and engine hours coming off the tracker. What it works out is the service cost per kilometre, and that is only as right as the labour and parts entered are complete; total cost of ownership is put together separately, adding fuel, insurance and depreciation. It does not replace a parts store.
Wialon Fuel Management
Calibrated fuel level sensors, monitoring of refuelling and fuel drains, consumption norms, reconciliation against fuel cards. Anomalies arrive as alerts, and the person responsible reviews the disputed cases by hand.
“ In the first month we found 4 000 litres that had walked out through a siphoning hose. The equipment paid for itself in six weeks. ”
Fuel drains show up only in the fuel level — from a level sensor or a suitable CAN parameter. Engine consumption data alone is not enough. On smaller tanks, small drains can be lost inside the measurement error.
Wialon Delivery
Courier routes planned around the delivery windows, a mobile application for the courier, and delivery confirmed by a photograph or by the recipient's signature.
“ The courier does not drive off until they have checked in at the shop. Time at the drop is now measured in minutes, not taken on trust. ”
It judges whether the delivery windows can be met and shows the deviations, but it does not guarantee that a window will be hit. The quality of the plan depends on how accurate the addresses are. The developer's catalogue lists the Logistics application in Maintenance mode: it remains operational and supported, but new features are not planned.
Wialon NimBus
Dispatching for public transport: routes, timetables, monitoring of the stops passed, and planned-against-actual reports for each run.
“ The Baku and suburban routes are all in one account. ”
Counting passengers calls for separate sensors or for data from the fare system. Passengers can be given a map through the public link of the built-in Locator, while displays at the stops and your own application are an integration project of their own.
Wialon Lease Control
Monitoring of leased and rented vehicles: location, geofences, tampering events, and blocking of the next start-up under the terms of the agreement. A usage history for every unit.
“ Without GPS a return on time is not guaranteed. With our system overdue returns fell by 90%. ”
It helps to find the vehicle and to notice a problem sooner, but recovering the asset remains a legal procedure. The engine is not cut while the vehicle is moving — only the next start-up is blocked.
Request a demo of the module you need
Tell us which module you are interested in and for what task. We will show it on demo data, tell you what it needs in the way of equipment, and where its limits are.
- 1 We pin down the task
A specialist calls back and asks about the vehicles, how many there are and what you need to keep an eye on.
- 2 We put a solution together
We propose the hardware and the features, and set out the one-off and the monthly cost separately.
- 3 We agree the fitting
At your yard or at ours, on a schedule that keeps the vehicles working.
