The GPS.az story

Since 2008 we have been fitting GPS trackers and sensors to commercial vehicles in Azerbaijan and setting up monitoring in Wialon. Below are the key stages: how the service network, the range of solutions and the fleet under monitoring grew.

2008

The company is founded

The first GPS monitoring services launch in Baku. It starts with a small service centre fitting trackers. The first 100 assets under monitoring.

2013

Partnership with Wialon

We are granted the status of official partner of the Wialon developer, Gurtam. A step up in software quality, analytics and reporting.

Expansion into the regions

Service teams open in Ganja, Lankaran and Sumgait. Support for the agricultural and transport clusters of the Azerbaijani regions.

Corporate fleets

More than 5 000 corporate client vehicles under service. We roll out a CRM system of our own design and scale up the infrastructure.

Technological innovation

We bring in AI video monitoring, high-accuracy fuel consumption monitoring systems and integrations with the state digital services of Azerbaijan.

GPS.az today

More than 40 000 active assets online and 10 000+ corporate clients. The main work today: choosing equipment to suit the task, fitting it, configuring Wialon and looking after fleets.
